Dr. Özgür Öztan was graduated from Ankara University Medical School in 2000. Dr. Özgür Öztan co-founded Esteneo clinic in Kyrenia, Cyprus and became one of the Chief Medical Officers of this clinic.

Dr. Öztan performs hair transplant operations since 2003. He solely works on FUE hair transplant operations. Dr. Öztan mostly focuses on manual FUE operations.

Dr. Öztan has been a prominent member of ISHRS (International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery) since 2012. In 2022, Dr. Öztan became a Fellow member of ISHRS.

In 2021, Dr. Özgür Öztan successfully passed two-stage exam and received the title of American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery Diplomate (ABHRS). This title has been only given to 200 selective surgeons in the world and it means that the standard of one’s practice meets with the highest international standards.

Dr. Öztan is also a member and chairman of FUE Europe medical organization since 2011. FUE Europe is one of the most prominent hair transplant organizations in the Europe and based in Germany.
